It was an easy interview process with them asking general questions, which were related to full-stack development, e.g., about React, db, and backend. The interview had two rounds and the first round was technical, while the rest of the round was behavioral.

Started with a phone interview with an HR person. After that had a technical interview on Teams with a development manager. Someone reached out to setup another interview, but I missed the initial call, and it took 2 weeks of calling to get somebody to answer. Did eventually get an in person interview setup. Was a very comfortable interview and I really enjoyed it. They said they would be sending me an offer early the next week. After not receiving an email the next week I reached out and they said they are still interviewing and will get back to me. Have not heard from them for 3 weeks since. Seems very unorganized and messy right now, with promises being made that aren't being fulfilled. And that just the interviewing side. Has me wary of other internal processes there.
