you go to their website then apply online. wait for them to call you and they will ask for an online assessment before you go and get an interview. the online test has difficult questions that you will never use during the job. if you dont pass it, you will have to wait like 6 months.

She asked me 15+ questions and grilled me down and was very intimidating. It was a video interview. If she got an answer she didn't like you could clearly see it in her face.
