The interview process was really a bait and switch. I had my first interview and seemingly aced it, and then was scheduled for a second interview with the recruiter. During the second interview we found out the clock speed of my processor was just shy. It was 1.6 some ghz instead of 2 ghz. The recruiter was really optimistic sounding, but said we need a 2 ghz clock speed to continue. I returned my brand-new laptop and spent $500 out of pocket to get a new one - the return process took two + weeks, so we could schedule a third interview. When the third interview came around, it was not with the recruiter like I was initially told it would be. It was with someone else. Fine, no worries. I answered the questions, and I thought I did well. About halfway through they asked if I'd be willing to do sales instead of tech support, and how I felt about upselling and earning on commission. I was honest, I'm not looking for sales, and if I were hired for sales, I would want it with the understanding that it's as a concession to the company, and I'd like to be moved to tech support as soon as possible. I did not get the job. So now I'm out $500 for a job that was seeking sales but advertising help desk.

Pretty easy interview. The questions were very straight forward to answer. As long as you had a little bit of knowledge you are good. Then they leave you hanging waiting for a spot to open for months.
