Disappointing The interview process took around a month and half with four different stages, including a tech test which is extremely long and exhausting. In the end, it wasn't entirely explained why I didn't get the position but from an outer perspective the company was not diverse at all and their decision seem to have been made on personal grounds rather than taking my personal competencies into account. One of the interviewers even admitted that my tech test was harder than all other applicants. Despite from doing well, I still didn't get one out of two positions for this role. When I last interacted with the hiring manager they didn't have a clear answer as to why I wasn't selected but that does show if a certain profile doesn't suit this company, you still won't be selected which in some ways says a lot about this company. The job market can be brutal. Utterly disappointed.
