Interview process was disappointing unfortunately. I arranged an interview for the role and joined at the scheduled time, however the interviewer didn’t attend and I received no communication beforehand or afterwards. I followed up but never heard back. I understand things can come up unexpectedly, but some communication or rescheduling would have been appreciated as candidates also invest time preparing for interviews.
