Normally they sent you some Tests, pretty standard Nothing complicated. Several steps for the recruiting process, which makes it a bit extensive. Lack of information regarding projects specifications. Clear and straightforward conditions.
the process was very fast. First, I had a test for coding in SAS. then I had 2 interviews. First one with HR and next manager and second one with the director of the risk department. and then I received a salary package
