After they review the resume and cover letter, the first round is with a recruiter. Once you get passed the screening, the recruiter will schedule a call with the hiring manager to proceed.

Completed 3 stages; a screener with the recruiter which then connected me with an interview with the account executive which then led me to an in person 3rd stage interview in the office, mind you this is for quite an entry level roll. Seemed fairly positive, after the final interview, was shown around the office and seemed as though I was in with a good chance. They told me they would let me know asap. Didn’t hear anything back for 2 weeks… contacted recruiter about the outcome of the interviews and was told, “We are still finalizing the details about the status of your application with us. So far, it is looking good. Hoping for your patience on this one”. Quite literally was ghosted and never heard back. Time wasters, extremely unprofessional and selfish behaviour.
