Had a very friendly phone interview with Tracey after submitting a resume online. Set up a future date to come in an interview and take a test. Well there is no interview just some sort of SAT like test, 126 questions in 20 minutes so you can’t spend more then 15 seconds on a question and if your running out of time they tell you to guess. And just fill it all out. After the test your asked to fill out an application which was tedious and had tiny places to write in your answers so maybe I recurved bad points for my tiny penmanship. And that’s it ...No interview just a we will let you know. I never got to tell anyone how I have 5 years experience selling cruises. I never got to tell anyone I have over 4 million in Cruise Sales. I never got to tell anyone I was a top producer for Royal Caribbean. I never got to tell anyone In my last company I was in charge of booking and coordinating air and cruise on an inaugural trans Atlantic cruise within the first year of my last company. I thought this was a position to sell cruises not a word association quiz not sure how that determines how iam on the phones. So I must have failed there stupid little test cause I can pass a background check and I have a proven background in sales but we never got to that!!!

Very long and thorough. You get to meet with as many floor managers who are on at the time of your interview which gives you a 1-2 minute idea of who you'll be working with.
