Phone interview

I completed a first-round interview over MS Teams with a small panel that included department staff and an HR representative. The 30-minute conversation was professional and friendly, and I left the call feeling optimistic about the opportunity. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any communication after the interview - not even an automated rejection email. While I understand that not every candidate can move forward, a short follow-up would have been appreciated. It’s a small but meaningful part of the process that reflects care for candidates’ time and effort in preparing and sitting for an interview.
