The interview process consists of two in-person stages. First, you’ll meet with your immediate manager to discuss your experience and suitability for the role. If successful, you’ll proceed to a second interview with the general manager, who will further assess your fit within the team and organization.

You will have the first interview with your manager. If they are interested in hyring you, you will also have the interwiev with assistant of general amnager. The most important thing is to be friendly, honest, open and prove that you have the experience in customer service.
