Entrevista
It was a direct video record call where one has to record answers to direct questions. The answers were not that big but should be finished in few minutes. It was not a live discussion where each panelist asks specific closed ended questions. It was unidirectional without any interaction nor cross questioning. Multiple recordings were also allowed!

First step was a digital interview that took around 10 minutes and felt like a fair and standardized process (and automated). There was no direct communication with the recruiters either before or after this step.
