It was great start. The vice president reached out after applying. Asked to download his app and apply there for this position with short video resume. They liked it and scheduled interview. 1st interview was with intermediate IT support specialist. It was good experienc. Asked a lot scenario based questions i answered them. They likes it and scheduled interview with the IT Manager next day. That went good too. The vice president wanted me to update him regarding interviews on linkedin. He asked me to put review of his on Play store. I did give a positive review. We had back and forth conversation on linkedin. After that they reached out again and asked for 3rd interview with the director of IT. That went well as well. I was expecting positive response. However i have waited more than 2 weeks and then followed up with a polite email. No response. Then i texted the vice president on linkedin in. He saw my text but didn't respond. After a week i followed up with them via email. Someone replied we have not made any final decision. Will let you know. It's been more than a month they have not provide any update on my application. I understand everything but my concern is about their professionalism. They are worse in communication. This should be improved. I just wonder how bad they treat their employees there.
