Interviewed over the course of 5 weeks, 3 phone calls and 3 in-person visits. Seems to take itself too seriously for the type of role. And, to not be offered a position after over a month and 6+ interactions for an entry level call center position is insulting.

Entrevista
There are 4 parts to the interview. First is a phone interview. Second is an assessment there are 4 parts to that. They have a computer basics test, dental test, and written test. After you turn that in you are given 20 minutes to do a pattern recognition test. I only got to the second part before being told they moved on.
