I had one pre screening and three 1 hour interviews. The three interviews were all in the same day back to back. They were more like friendly conversations! They had some pre selected questions they basically read off.

The interview was with three different staff for an hour each, with detailed questions and a practicum. Interviewers made time to answer the questions I had. The total time commitment was three hours.
