There was about 3 rounds of interviews, along with an assignment, which was fairly easy. The second interview was with one person and the the last interview consisted of two people who are in more senior roles.

The interview process was efficient, and the staff were courteous and professional. Despite my qualifications and experience as a campaign manager and reporter, along with fluency in French and the ability to vet influencers and check content in Spanish, I was unexpectedly not selected for the assignment. This has led me to question the company's commitment to diversity, especially after observing the homogeneity in their workforce.
