I went thru informal panel interview with the President, CFO and the CIO during lunch. We had a interview where I had the chance to talk about specific company opportunities due to my Industry knowledge. I also had the chance to be interviewed by the Human Resources Director also in a lunch. This process reflect a company culture where the top management get involved during important business process.
