I received an e-mail from the hiring coordinator from their London Office to schedule a phone interview. The recruiter was very unprofessional, I waited about 10 minutes until she finally called me. We begin the phone interview and I could tell she was rude and didn't really care for what I had to say. She basically told me that I was over qualified for the job and that they wanted someone to be in this position for a very long time, almost forever. She cut the interview and said we shouldn't proceed. I have never experienced anything like this during an interview.

Bluejeans interview following a phone interview. The phone interview was a regular hr interview. The video conference was with two of the program officers, so I was asked several
specific questions related to the position.

Entrevista
Seamless! Very thorough, engaging and efficient interview experience. Recruitment team was very responsive. Submitted app online, heard back from recruiter the following week for phone screening for same week. Next day had a video interview with two people from the program. Staff was very friendly and transparent about the work. Very genuine conversation that didn't feel rushed. Next step in process I had to complete writing assessment within 24 hrs. The following week was called in for in person panel interview. Thoughtful questions that were very experienced focused.
