Entrevista
I would say I had a very bad experience and would not recommend anyone spending time for the interview process.
Interview was for Oracle Profile (PLSQL + Performace tuning)
My interview started with a telephonic round (round1) followed by a F2F; followed by Managerial discussion; followed by US Architect round. These rounds took almost a month's time.
Interview involved all sort of challenging and practical questions which I love to solve. They also showed me the explain plan and asked to find the problems in the query. And I cracked all rounds. I was then genuinely happy to start my journey with a brand.
After all this HR called me asked me about the package. I told him that my current is X and I hold an offer of X+30% in hand and I demanded hike on that offer. He after taking a week's time simply said that we will not be processing the profile forward . He didn't had any negotiations with me regarding the package which clearly states that either he didn't had genuine requirement or he got someone else for same vacancy. It happens that companies get candidates at lower cost but the reason given were not justifiable -
1) There was no negotiation
2) He said that we don't have that much budget
3) He said that if someone in the market will give you this much, then I will offer you same.
4) You are already making enough.
These reasons don't go with each other in line.
I wasted my month and finally was disappointed . I never expected such outcomes from the brand name Fiserv.
This triggered me to c heck glassdoor for the company review and what I read about the company was justifying the behavior , specially about HR's. You can check out personally.

Entrevista
Firstly there was a telephonic technical round. The focus was on checking the skill set mentioned in CV.
Then there was a face to face round at their office.
Lastly, a skype round with the VP.

As mine was for testing automation profile, so questions were also related to automation framework and tools/technologies used in the past.
