I got a phone call from HR person saying the company was interested in me and wanted me to go for an interview. The first day was technical and I was given time to answer questions that were general for my job title and also specific to the companies needs. The second day I was called back was more about my past work experience and 2 employees one after the other did a presentation to me about the workflow inside the company the product along with there roles within the company.
