3. Onsite ~ 4 h
Onsite complies of many short interviews (30-45 min) from many members of the future team or from other teams, along with senior managers and shadowing interviewers.
For this role the focus was on relevant experience as people manager along with how to manage conflict resolution and career growth.

Entrevista
First, I was contacted by a very friendly recruiter who scheduled an initial phone screen based on my availability. Then, I received an email where I was invited to participate in a phone technical screen. Finally, I was invited to an in house final interview loop where I was interviewed by five different employees in different roles. Each interview lasted for about half an hour.
