The interviews themselves weren't bad, but the interview process felt unnecessarily long. Aside from the standard recruiter screen (about 30 mins), there were a few other rounds:
- 1 hr pair programming session
- 45-minute Wonderlic personality assessment
- 3 45-minute sessions (mostly behavioral)
After those rounds, the recruiter follows up with me to let me know there were two teams interested in me, so there would be another 45-minute interview with a project manager.
A few days after that interview session, the recruiter tells me there's ANOTHER 45-minute interview with a PM for a different team! At this point I just decided to drop the company altogether since it was taking up too much time and I was interviewing at a few others.
