Interview was top down approach. First Senior manager took my interview then manager, followed by team lead and HR. In the first round itself they asked me about any offers I had in hand and told existing offer. After 5 hours of interviews, HR informed that I cleared all the rounds and need to come again after 3 days for final discussion since someone was not available on that day. After two days I got a invite for final discussion and just before I left on that day, someone called me said that person was on leave and asked me to not come. Then there was no communication for next two weeks. When inquired after two weeks, they said that position is not open.
The answer is very disgusting, if they don't have openings then why did they call for interview? if they have problem with the package which I told in the first round itself why did they take remaining rounds?. They way they took my interview does not give good impression on OpenText. I never prefer to take any interview with this company in future
