1st interview - Spoke with Recruiter to verify fit for position I applied for. Position wasn’t in alignment with my background so Recruiter searched internally for a more suitable role given my background (Above and beyond approach). Thank-you again Smriti!
2nd interview- Recruiter set up call with hiring Director to validate interest on both sides and to dig deeper into past experiences.
3rd, 4th and 5th interviews- Director set up P2P interviews with greater team to gain additional consensus in fit and alignment for the available role.
6th interview- Back with Director to present 3, 6, 9 month plan.
Recruiter initiated background and reference checks thereafter.
