4 rounds of interview. First round technical, asked me to write the programs on paper and remaining 3 rounds are techno managerial rounds. First two rounds on one day and after 20 days I got a call for 3rd and 4th round. After 1 month I got email by saying we got some other candidate closely matching with our criteria.

Straight forward and transparent. One recruiter interview followed by 2 face to face with Senior Site Leadership plus a Leadership focused written exercise. Good and prompt feedback was received throughout.
