Entrevista
I was interviewed for Manual + Automation Role on March 14th 2020.
First Round: technical round
Two people took interview. The questions were easy, more into Manual, UNIX, even few test cases.
Second Round : technical + managerial
The interviewer had no idea for what role they were hiring and asked some random questions which were limited to his understanding on the internal application he's working on from years.
Third Round : Managerial
Same as 2nd round. The senior manager had ko clue how to question the candidate. Was passing time asking very weird questions.

Entrevista
I got a call from HR. I attended 2 technical rounds, 1st round they asked about the framework and experience-related questions on QA, Java, selenium and build tools.

He asked some experience level of questions and the person expected the answer from me like exactly what was on his mind, I couldn't answer the way he want him
He wasn't ready to listen to what I had done in the last projects, his expectations should be like defects should come from certain areas and all post-calls(restapi) had equivalent get calls
Please add a person in panel who has a basic understanding of testing
