Entrevista
For stage 1 I was interviewed in the Birmingham branch by the HR director and senior manager. This was a competency based interview and general meet and greet. This was followed by a stage 2 panel interview with members of the board of directors and consisted of a presentation and interview.
All involved were very friendly.
