I had a video conference call with the hiring manager, and then a second round of video conference calls with a couple of potential team members the following week. This occurred during the pandemic. It was a positive experience during the interviews because everyone seemed nice and genuine. What made this a poor candidate experience is that after 3 Zoom interviews, they told me they would make a decision by end of the week. I never heard back either way after 3 conference calls, which I think is so inconsiderate.
