The whole process was disorganized and went over various delays. I received three interviews by phone and Skype. I am based out of Barcelona so the company decided to interview me this way and I had to hand in an assignment.

Besides the assignment (a virtual and simulated blog entry about how technology can assist the retail industry) the questions were about technical capabilities, skills and motivations.
