I went through 2 phone interviews. The first one was with an HR Manager and lasted 20-30 minutes where we discussed the potential role and my background. The next phone interview was with 2 people in the role that I was applying for. Although I have my suspicions that one of the interviewers was a little more advanced in the company. Both of those phone interviews were role playing exercises. These were difficult as they intentionally did not provide you any material to prepare for the interview and you were thrown into the fire dealing with specific issues that the company deals with that you do not know how they choose to resolve.

I received email to schedule phone screening with recruiter after applying on OD site. Timely, friendly. Second interview was set up from someone in the Phx- interview was going well, mostly just a get to know you then a role playing question and interview ended. Within 24hrs received email saying they were not moving forward.
