I am waiting to hear back but the process was very professional. I was contacted within 36 hours of submitting my application/resume. The recruiter was very professional and answered all of my questions.
5 Interviews - initial call - 2 individual - 1 panel - 1 final individual interview Majority of the interviews seemed to focus on team match and how you approach certain tasks

This was for a position out of the Charlotte offices. The hiring process started with an immediate call of interest from HR once my application was submitted. Once the HR rep interview took place, an interview was scheduled with the hiring manager from Charlotte. The phone interview went great with the hiring manager. As part of the next step the hiring manager wanted me to perform “valuation tests” to familiarize myself with their tool and test my real estate knowledge. They were apparently “very impressed” so I was asked to come down and spend the day with them at the Charlotte offices. The day consisted of meeting the team, Skype interviews from other relevant team members, and working with them to see how we would mesh. Everything was smooth sailing and went really well. The HR rep contacted me a week later to let me know the “next steps :)” presumably that I got the job. I received a letter two days later saying they chose not to hire because they were unsure of my commitment. This could’ve easily been resolved with a follow-up, contract, or further communication. The HR rep honestly seemed totally confused by the sudden change in attitude. She did not respond to my follow-up email. This company is run by what seems to be a bunch of millenials who are uncomfortable being direct, frat stars who want to drink at work, and incompetent real estate “professionals.” I would honestly avoid this company if possible. They were probably right for not hiring upon further demonstration of who they really are. I will say that the company has a lot of potential for the industry, because their idea is good.
