The interview process was long and unnecessary imo. I was interviewed by people who weren’t even in my department and I had a few people literally not even show up so I was just there waiting and then would get an email about it a few hours later that they got really busy. I should have taken the red flags as they were and moved on.

Every interview was different I met with like 7 different people it was confusing and unorganized
