Process was clear and straightforward. Started with an initial phone call to gauge my background, skills and interest. After that, I had a call with a member of the team I'd be joining where I had a chance to ask questions about the team and priorities. Several days following that, I had an interview panel with the rest of the team. Everyone was very communicative about the process and what to expect; I was offered the job the following week.
