Attentions to all applicants -
This company sends interview requests on WhatsApp.
HR sent me interview requests twice without even discussing proper time.
And guess what, they do not even have a licensed version of zoom. They depend on 30 mins free version.
Round 1 - one senior engineer and 2 juniors who apparently were from IIT joined the call. It was like a rapid fire round, asking one question after the other for 1 hour, discussion went well.
...one week later
Round 2 - another very senior engineer joined alone and started firing all theoretical questions from across the domain. Discussion went fairly well. Ended on a positive note.
Not a single code snippet was shared in any round.
Funny things -
The guy in round 1 said that we are a 20 year old company, but their team size is less than 100.
Wow what a growth !!
Same guy said that we hire freshers only from IITs.
OKAY sir.
But please buy a licensed version of zoom.
I asked the HR a few days later about further process, she said technical team wants to have another round but cannot get time. :D :D :D
Looks like they are only advertising their company on LinkedIn, there is no intention to hire.
There is definitely no depth in this company.
