First stage was short on-line programming task, easy one. On the second stage I had to visit Opera office in Wrocław. I had short conversation about my experience where guys were really sceptical about my experience (I know C++, but most of my professional experience was in C). Later I got easy task of removing even numbers from vector, and recruiter kept prompting me to do inefficient O(n^2) algorithm with erase method (by the way he didn't know how this function is named and kept naming it "remove"). It was quite confusing. Finally I was rejected because of "unsufficient knowledlge of STL".

Really professional - the recruiter was project coordinator himself and the very first step was the video call (no remote task before). Second step was visiting company's headquarters itself and it took like 1,5h
