Pergunta 1
Two parts: Phone and case study. Phone interview was behavioral, classic "walk me through your resume" stuff. Case interview two weeks later was a 2 on 1/ no prep time thing. Most interviewees got cost estimation type questions: How many domestic airline passengers per year, how many elementary school teachers in the US. Others got more qualitative questions, such as how to make Weight Watchers more profitable.

2. onsite behavioural questions and resume related questions.
(there are two back to back interview, each last for about 40 mins)
3. case interview
Applied on college careers website and attended job fair where they were taking resumes. 2 rounds, 30 min each. First was just behavioral then it was a case study.

Entrevista
Two 30 minute interviews - 15 mins of behavioral and 15 mins of case. It was quite casual, and interviewers were very friendly. I did not do well on the case but they basically walked me through the whole process, explaining how I should think.
