The application process was straightforward, and the initial phone screen was thorough. The second round involved interviews with two hiring managers, followed by a final interview. Overall, a smooth and professional experience.

Met with HR and then CEO at their office in downtown Hamilton. Everyone was friendly and interviews felt more conversational rather than interrogative, which helped you relax more as the candidate.

Initial HR round, then Panel interview. The interview itself went well imo, however, did not result in job offer. Location of the agency is definitely a cause for concern in hindsight.
