Round one is initial phone interview with Human Resources. Fifteen minutes. Round two is a homework assignment, individually designed for each position. Round three is a marathon of half-hour interviews with different team members, consisting of informal discussions, skills assessments, and complimentary lunch. Human resources promises a very fast decision turnaround.
