It was a 3 part interview. The initial interview was just a short screening process. I met with the CEO who asked me a few questions and then invited me again for another interview the following day. The second interview was longer with another employee from the company who explained in detail what the role was and how compensation and advancement worked. I enjoyed speaking with someone who was currently working there and get their perspective.
I felt it was lighthearted but still professional. The final interview was just a sit down with the CEO again to see how I felt.

3 stage process. Phone interview, meeting in person, and then an hour long briefing about the job/compatibility test. The people seemed pretty cool and it sounds like a great opportunity, but the job is 100% commission based, and the commission you get relative to the hours you work isnt very good. It lowkey felt kind of cultish on the last interview. Send me out to grab coffee with two employees who were basically asking me questions and explaining their success stories in the business. It’s pretty much a glorified doorknocking job where youre assigned an area and you go to every company in that area and try to sell them specific products, e.g TELUS services. 10 hour shifts, 40ish companies per day. You make $135 for selling one phone plan and two internet plans. You might only make one sale a day and take $135 for 10 hours of work, or you could sell a bunch and make $850 in a day. Its a risky job, but good for a person who isn’t in desperate need of money and is able to take a risk to get it.
Pros:
Great training supposedly
Good advancement opportunities
Good pay for someone who could guarantee performance
Promotions within
Cool people to meet
Cons:
Long hours
Bad/no pay if you cant perform
Very up in the air kind of job
10 days of unpaid training
100% commission

Phone prescreening, first interview, then a second full day shadowing. I loved this way of interviewing because it gave me the true feeling of what it was like being there and exactly what my duties would be.
