Very slick & timely process & a great candidate experience. I had 2 interviews with Optamor., initially with the first line Manager & a second panel interview & final meeting with the client that I will be working with.
The interview was competency based & I was asked to prepare a 2 month plan to talk about how I would prioritise the tasks / team/ client if successful
