If u want only people experienced in CV PLEASE MENTION... People's minds and time are not to be taken for granted. They mentioned experience 1-3 can apply for ML engineer. I've 3 years experience but not in ML. If they mention, I wouldn't be a fool roaming from ambattur to Thiruvanmiyur. I would have been happy if they asked me questions and make me unfit. Rejecting someone becoz they don't have prior experience in same role ur expecting is like asking people to sit idle till they get their desired role.. That's luck happens for people who are wealthy in terms of money and time. People like me lack both.

Interview was good. Employees have good knowledge in what they asked. Have to reduce attitude to candidates. Should complete the interview process bit faster. Make candidates comfortable before proceeding. Ambience was good.
