A entrevista correu bem. Fizeram perguntas diretas sobre a minha experiência. A entrevista técnica também foi bastante objetiva, embora tenham dado mais ênfase à otimização.Além disso, haverá uma entrevista sobre design de sistemas, na qual você será questionado sobre padrões de projeto e como os aplica no dia a dia durante a programação.

1 -> hr call 2 -> technical interview. I must say that the entire process was both smooth and transparent. The experience was highly positive and enlightening for me. The conversation began with a comprehensive discussion about the company, the team, the nature of the work, and some background context. This provided a well-rounded view and set a constructive tone for the rest of the interview. The technical portion of the interview involved live coding challenges using TypeScript. I was tasked with fixing and improving existing code. Overall, the interview felt like a meaningful dialogue rather than a one-sided interrogation. It was a great experience that gave me valuable insights into the company's culture and expectations. I would highly recommend this interview process for its clarity, substance, and the respectful manner in which it was conducted.

Entrevista
The behavioural portion was great; however, the technical interview was an interrogation. There was no time for introductions or questions on my end, just straight to rapid fire questions. Interviewer had a long list of questions and pushes for every single detail. No matter what I said they seemed unsatisfied and disinterested. There was no response to or interest in any of my answers. The interviewer would ask open-ended hypothetical questions and after each response keep pushing with "and then what would you do". Overall, a degrading and demoralizing experience. I don't recommend and I hope you don't get this interviewer.

Q: If a customer calls saying the product is down, what would you do? A: I would isolate the service that is causing the product to go down and try to restore it. Q: Let's say that you do that but it's still not working, now what? A: I would check the change logs in the code, and if there was a breaking change I would revert back to a stable version. Q: Ok say you do that and it doesn't fix it, now what? This back and forth went on until I finally said "I've already said everything I could" and the interviewer finally moved on.
