Phone plus in person interview, very professional, and courteous. I was referred by a current employee and was very impressed with Optima in general. The management here is very intelligent and passionate about the company and serving the clients.
Pretty intense interview with a panel of execs asking questions. They have another location in AZ. They asked all the general interview questions and also asked to write a memo about why I should be hired. Was offer job but did not take it.

Entrevista
I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter. After completing this I met with face to face with the site director as well as a sales manager. Overall this was an efficient and smooth process.

The interview process was great. Christina Truong was very organized with scheduling and the technology she used during the process was on point. The follow up email and phone call I received was also a nice surprise.
