Referred to this position by staffing company. Sent resume over. Get interviewed after a week. Interview took place in the client's site, in a conference room. A panel of 6 engineers including the account manager of the staffing company and the hiring manager of the client company were present. Hiring manager seemed to make the decision by my past engineering experience. Other members in the panel only asked a few questions regarding software skills.
