I had a prescreen interview after they recruited me. It was a great interview and they are looking to grow their force soon. However, I don't have logistics experience on my resume and they still wanted to interview me, but I think they are looking for logistics experience. I would even try to apply again since they seem like a good company to work for.

Nothing unexpected. I did my homework on the company but the interview was too short to show off my knowledge and ask questions. I was getting a lot of info about the company instead of questions about my skills, too.
