Optimism was very quick to respond to my application, scheduling an interview within a week of sending my application. The initial interview was just to go through CV, motivation for applying, and explain further about the role. We agreed the role likely wasn't a good fit as the interviewer said herself that they were looking for someone who could in effect be Chief of Staff, take notes during meetings, schedule off-sites etc. Outside of the apparent mismatch between job description and responsibilities, the process seemed well-run, the subsequent stages would involve speaking with the direct manager, do a case interview about airdrop approach and such.
