Throughout the call, she appeared very disengaged and uninterested in her role. She asked only two basic questions about my experience and departure from a previous job, lacking any insight into the questions I asked. Despite following up with an email as suggested, she was unresponsive and essentially ghosted me. This lack of communication and professionalism was disheartening and left a negative impression. While I understand that not every interaction will be perfect, it's crucial for recruiters to uphold a standard of communication and engagement. This experience highlighted the importance of effective representation in the recruitment process as she seemed as though she’d rather do anything else than her role. Overall, my experience with the TA was subpar, and I hope that improvements can be made to ensure better candidate experiences in the future.
