I submitted my resume online and received confirmation via automated email. I was contacted by an HR rep to setup a digital interview. It was my first time doing that type of interview; she was very understanding and helpful, providing instructions both via phone and email. After submitting my recording of the digital interview, I received a personal confirmation email. The email was viewed by one of the Directors who contacted me to setup a phone interview. After the interview I was contacted via phone (and email) to hear that another candidate was selected. In that phone conversation, I was provided meaningful feedback. Through the entire process, they were responsive and timely and even though I was not selected, would still consider Optiv one of my choice employers should another position open up.
