The interview process was a very detailed process. Consisted of an application followed by a digital interview with HireVue. In the Digital Interview to proceed at your own place and are asked various question mostly IT related for this positions via a pre-recorded questions. After that I was contacted for a phone interview with the Recruiter, I had the pleasure of Mrs. Small. This was one of the aspects that stood out to me and lead me to choose OPTIV.... they stayed in touch the entire process with any questions and were very prompt on replies. Mrs. Small was a very easy going person to talk and relate to which helped calm my nerves that you get during the normal interview process. Am in person interview was then scheduled, this was done in the Denver Office, the sectary was very cordial and nice, the building is a great location near 16th mall business district of Denver. The interview consisted with my manger and two other mangers from the KC office in a panel style interview. Questions asked pertained to not only IT knowledge and the company but also customer service and about your personality and fit. It did stand out to me that OPTIV seemed to want a person that would fit into their style, which I thought was great to promote a team. After that you were introduced to your team-mates as well for a fit interview. After that if chosen was the background check process and offer statement. I would say that the more you get into a real career, the more you realize that if a company go through a longer selection process like OPTIV, and not a simple, we need you, first interview your hired, start tomorrow approach that the company is chosen you as a person, a sign that you have some longevity there and are selected not just simple a desperation higher.
