Disappointing. Recruiter sent me directly to do an hour long video interview that recorded my answers. Questions were jumbled with some asking about technology and some geneal questions - very disjointed. after two weeks I heard they wanted to bring me in to meet the team but already took another job.
At least now I know what HR was doing with their time - interesting to see all the bogus "rave reviews" written the same day and with same formats. Maybe they should actually recruit......
Technical round with the Senior consultants, and a final round with the Senior Manager, It might defer for person to person, some people might have three rounds of interview. Once the manager finalized, you will get a call from HR to discuss about the compensation, then if things are good, you will receive a offer letter.

Typical general questions regarding personal experiences. Screener chatted with me regarding what salary range, what is was currently doing, availability. Then a standard technical interview was arranged. I received an offer after speaking with a director.

Contacted by the company recruiter through LinkedIn. I followed up and sent my resume. The recruiter arranged a series of Zoom interviews. Process was very efficient. Optiv responded quickly to any questions I had. I interviewed with peers and management.
