Not too bad. Talked to recruiter and then the principal consultant who asked technical questions. After talking to the principal consultant , I spoke with the Practice Lead who asked more operational questions.

Technical interview along with management/training style questions. The interview overall felt similar to other competitors. Structure of the interview felt fine, for the Senior Consultant role it was more focused on less-technical and more risk based discussions

3 Stage virtual interviews. Talent Acquisition was proactive and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Technical interview was thorough, a mix of basic and advanced technical questions as well as how you approach problems and solve problems for clients.
Very positive experience overall.
